WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
Before you invest in fitness equipment for your home, first consider your skill level, motivation level and budget for equipment. There is something for everyone out there and equipment companies stand to make huge profits from those that have not done their research. I would suggest you get an inexpensive exercise mat and try some free videos on youtube to find what type of workouts you enjoy and would do again.
Another obvious suggestion would be; if you are a runner - buy a treadmill, if you are a cyclist - buy a bike trainer, and if you require low impact exercise - buy an elliptical or rowing machine but be sure to plan on spending hours on these machines because they are not cheap.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
I work for myself. I spent many years working for gyms. I have not found the quality, skill, compassion and efficiency anyplace except in my own work. This is because I love what I do and will succeed or fail by my reputation. I choose to succeed. This is my purpose in life.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
No, I will refer you to only the most knowledgeable and professional Nutritionists. I have aligned myself with a network of trusted professionals. What I can do is make suggestions on how to improve your current eating habits. I am certified in Plant-Based Nutrition and believe a whole-food plant based diet will provide the highest quality of vitamins, nutrients and minerals to assist the body to function properly; the way nature intended.
